I am a Trustee on the board for the Creative Connections Art Center, locally. I have a strong desire to see a successful arts center to connect all the amazing talent in this area.
I am the President and Co-Founder of the Mohawk Valley Creative Alliance, an organization open to creative people, supporters of the arts, and those with the shared vision, which is to have an Art Center in Amsterdam that can provide a venue for showing art, a means to unite the various local art communities and organizations, and to have a means to make art accessible to everyone through educational classes.

I was asked to make a statement for the Munson William Proctor Art Institute's Blog for their Time for Tots Story Hour featured title: Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson.

I have taught small community art classes for adults, tutored art students in drawing and oil paint techniques and host a monthly “creative hens session” where local women gather and I help them with the craft projects they are working on.

I have had multiple works in multiple juried art shows and have won multiple awards, (including the FMCC Student Show, the Parson’s School of Design Student Show, the Central Adirondack Art Show, the Cooperstown Art Association’s Regional Art Show, and many more).
