I Spy... my broken camera lenses

Dear Photog friends... I am looking to get a new lens for my Nikon D200 (new or gently used) what do you recommend? 
One of lenses has a scratch the other has dust on the inside of the lens and nothing seems to get in there to blow it away. 
I miss taking photos!!!

I Spy...

 At the Amsterdam river front park... I took so many pics that should have been more interesting, but I am having problems with my lens... going to have to go to the Amsterdam Photo Club mtg tomorrow night and see if "Linda" can help... She said it sounds like it needs a good cleaning.
